The firm’s Asset Management Operations division is recruiting for Treasury operations within the Alternative Operations team. The team supports multiple middle office operating processes for Global Alternative investments, including: business support, cash management, transaction processing, data compilation and validation, and direct front office exposure for ongoing portfolio management and new customers or products. for launch. The team is responsible for payments and treasury operations. The role will be assigned to ensure that the accounting and reporting functions of the Group are working closely with members of the Treasury Operations team and to ensure that deadlines and deliverables are met.
The candidate must be able to support multiple processes and project deliverables while simultaneously thinking strategically to align with the broader goals and objectives of the organization. The candidate will have exposure to various alternative product types for Institutional, Insurance, Pension and Retirement accounts. The role will require an understanding of business structures to ensure accurate capture of all transactions, complete conciliation checks, and controls. This will involve working closely with various internal and external teams and the business to ensure that deadlines and deliverables are met.
Job Description
- Bank account opening and maintenance
- Implementation, control and monitoring of electronic banking platforms and user-administration
- Inspection and day-to-day management of payment infrastructure:

- Monitor, organize and track all vendor invoices, property funding and transfer requests received from GRA teams and process them on Workflow/Kiriba.
- Get daily reconciliation of asset and fund level bank accounts, bank balances and variances. Work with internal/external parties to resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor fund level account balances and ensure there is enough money available to make payments each day.
- Validate vendor and disposal instructions received from GRA teams and install it on Yardi/Kiriba.
- Work with respective banks for account maintenance and closure as per confirmation from Controller/Asset Manager.
- Ensure all payment flows through Yardi and Kiriba successfully by monitoring the progress each day through the Spectrum tool.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve payment processing tools and uncover potential issues.
- Prepare process analysis and update procedures regularly.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Expenditure Processing / Treasury Operations experience or other relevant financial services experience.
- Self-motivated and active ability to work independently as well as being able to work effectively in a team.
