Responsibilities-: Knowledge and Actions on ERP for GST, Excise and Service Tax.

Handling indirect taxation compliance and litigation.

Liaison with DGFT, GST, Excise, Service Tax and Customs departments.

For compliance of DGFT, Excise, Service Tax and GST Acts and Rules with inter department coordination.

Supervision of all works related to GST, Central Excise, Service Tax and DGFT as well as export and indigenous remittance planning and warehousing.

Scrutiny of all records/documents/returns maintained on daily/weekly basis and monthly basis.

Drafting of appeals/reply to show cause notices. To deal with CE consultant.

Attending personal hearings before various adjudicating/appellate authorities.

To handle Internal and External Audit (Statutory Audit) as well as AG Audit (CAP), Departmental Audit (EA-2000) and personal visit of CE/GST officers.

Responsible for recovery of rebate/refund/duty drawback claim from Govt. Department.
Knowledge of CGST, SGST and IGST Acts and Rules.

Working knowledge of procedure prescribed under CGST, SGST, IGST Acts and Rules.

Liaison with transporters for vehicle arrangement.

Liaising with CHA for import/export clearance.

EPCG license registration to finalize the obligations.

Issuance of MEIS license from DGFT and registration at Customs port.

Monitoring of e-way bills and knowledge of e-way bill rules.

Scrutiny and filing of all records of Textile Returns (MSR-B, Q-3 and ASR) on monthly/quarterly/annual basis.

To check professional tax return on monthly basis.

Responsible for issuance, renewal and timely compliance of the insurance policy in coordination with the insurance company.

Successfully obtained certificates of BCI, OEKO-TEX and GOTS from various certification bodies.
