role responsibilities

Calculation and verification of NAV, Income check, NAV movement, Return analysis, etc.

Computation of Income Equity and Distributable Surplus for distribution of dividend to the Unitholders as per the Dividend Policy of the Fund

Review and reconcile the bank and resolve breaks, if any

Processing and verification of all trades for the day processed in the system

Valuation / Pricing of various types of Instruments like Equity, Bonds, Derivatives, Commodities, Commodity Derivatives

Coordinating with clients for trades.

Coordinate with registrar for unit capital files and check and process them in the system

Monitoring other instructions including email instructions for trades and custody instructions.

Calculation and dissemination NAV for press, registrar, etc.

Exposure/Skill

The fund administration team works with some of the top names in the fund industry.

You will work in one of the teams responsible for managing end-to-end processes related to securities and portfolio/fund valuation for client segments like Mutual Funds, Alternative Investment Funds, Portfolio Managers etc.

Our fund administration team utilizes one of the best platforms available in the fund accounting space which is quite robust as well as provides the flexibility to parameterize the system as per the local needs and regulations.

Knowledge and experience in audit, taxation, etc.
Education / Certification / Skill

Passed both the groups of IPCC exam conducted by ICAI and completed 1.5 years articleship

Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

Strong analytical/business problem-solving skills

Well organized and able to clearly present the results of the work
